Writing CV
- Presently developing Song of Semmersuaq with funding from ACE; 1 woman show aimed at a 10+ aged audience, incorporating puppetry & sound-scape. Initial Sharing took place at People Show Studios, Bethnal Green in March 2011.
- Commissioned by Graeae Theatre Co. for Just Me, Bell an interactive short play for young people, toured to London & South Schools in Autumn `09.
- Developing my comedy Roll It as a TV script, with mentoring by actor/writer/producer Chris Head.
- Rehearsed Reading of sit-com script Fluff at Theatre Workshop, Edinburgh as part of the Degenerate Festival, Fringe `07.
- Rehearsed Reading of sit-com script Fluff at Jackson's Lane Theatre, November `06.
- Scratch performance of Fluff at Jackson's Lane Theatre, May `06.
- Attendance at 3 Arvon Foundation courses, the most recent of which being a Writing for your Community play-writing week with Kwame Akwei-ame, in January 2009.
- August `05, second rehearsed reading performed as part of the Degenerate Festival, at Theatre Workshop, Edinburgh.
- January `05, rehearsed reading at Jackson’s Lane Community Centre, Archway Road of Earthbound.
- Awarded a further grant in 2003, to continue work on that piece and further development of myself as a Writer.
- Awarded a grant in 2002, from Arts Council England to develop the script of Earthbound. This funded a week’s Development work on the piece, with Actors, Director & myself as the Writer.
